Your account

In this section you can trace the status of all your orders, change your personal information (name, birthday etc) and manage your address book. To visit your account just click «Your Account» in the top part of the site.

What does the status of my order mean?

Your order can have one of two statuses

• Prepare for sending - means, that the order is paid and at the present moment we prepare it for shipping. Usually, orders ship within 1 business day after payment.

• Shipped - means, that your order was passed to the registered mail for shipping.
